What is this?
For a donation, the donor or recipient may choose a book from a selection of recently purchased titles. Donation for children’s books is $15.00 and for adult books is $20.00.
A bookplate commemorating the birthday will be placed inside the book. The birthday boy or girl will receive a thank you bookmark and will be given the opportunity to be the first to borrow the book. The monies received for these books will go into a fund to purchase more birthday books. The program is self-supporting and ever-changing as new books are purchased throughout the year
