Museum Passes

 

What Are They?

The Family Museum Pass Program provides free admission to local museums and other places of interest.

A full list of museums participating in the program can be found below.

 

How Can I Get One?

A  pass can be borrowed at any of the libraries in Lancaster County. Holds can be placed on museum passes.

Passes can be checked out by an adult with a valid library card with Library System of Lancaster County.

 

Are They Free?

There is no charge for the museum pass. Passes are checked out for one week.

Patrons are advised to check the conditions of use of the pass as each museum has specific guidelines.

STEM Maker Passes

 

What Are They?

The make717 Innovation Center is Lancaster, PA’s first makerspace.

Equipment includes 3D printers, Laser cutters, Machine Shop and Woodworking.

How Can I Get One?

The  pass can be borrowed at any of the libraries in Lancaster County. Holds can be placed on the Make717 pass.

Pass can be checked out by an adult with a valid library card with Library System of Lancaster County.

 

Is It Free?

There is no charge for the pass. Patrons should be aware of the rules at the makerspace.

Orientation and training sessions are required before use of the equipment is allowed. The pass can be checked out for these sessions as well as use of equipment sessions.

 

LIBRARY OF THINGS

Intercourse Library has more than just books and movies!  Your library card gets you to access to a variety of nontraditional collection items as well.
